Terms of sale

Last updated 8 October 2026

Draft. The parts marked "To be confirmed" need the owner's business details before these terms are final.

Who we are

printblob.com is run by [To be confirmed: legal name of the business], [To be confirmed: registered address] (“we”). Contact: [To be confirmed: support email address].

What you buy

PrintBlob (the free plugin) and PrintBlob Pro are WordPress plugins licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. A PrintBlob Pro licence gives you, for one website:

  • downloads of PrintBlob Pro from your account,
  • automatic updates through WordPress while the licence is active,
  • priority support by email while the licence is active.

The plugins keep working when a licence ends or is removed; only downloads, updates and support stop.

Plans

  • Lifetime License: one payment. Updates and support for as long as PrintBlob Pro is offered.
  • Yearly: a subscription that renews automatically every year at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account (Billing). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the licence stays active until the end of the year you have paid for.

Prices are shown in US dollars. [To be confirmed: whether prices include VAT or sales tax, and how tax is handled.]

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Your licence key is created when you start a checkout and becomes active once the payment is confirmed.

Licence use

Each licence is for one website at a time. You can move it to another site by removing it from the first one. Licence keys are personal to the buyer: do not publish or share them. We may revoke a licence that is refunded, charged back, or used in breach of these terms.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is”, as set out in the GNU General Public License. We work to keep PrintBlob reliable and compatible with current WordPress and WooCommerce versions, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or suits every shop. Keep backups of your site.

Liability

[To be confirmed: limitation of liability wording appropriate for the business’s jurisdiction.]

Law and disputes

[To be confirmed: governing law and jurisdiction.]

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you paid applies to that purchase; renewals use the terms in force on the renewal date.
